When I get invited out, the first thing I think about other than saying “Nah, I’m tired” is “What the hell am I going to wear!”
I’m sure we all have that issue sometime or another, me on the other hand, probably more often than others. Michael is always shouting at me from the bathroom to hurry it up! So for the girl who is as indecisive as me and still claims she has nothing to wear, I have some outfit ideas for you.
Whether it be a night out on the town with your girlfriends or date night with your boo, these outfit ideas will never stir you wrong and I promise you won’t be dying to take your shoes off the second your step out the door!
The first outfit I chose was something simple and comfy. If you all don’t know me by know, I LOVE STRIPES! I am obsessed! I paired my favorite black Topshop “Leigh Moto” jeggings with this off the shoulder striped shirt I purchased at Papaya for $10 bucks. I added a simple black choker for a more night time feel and I chose to wear my favorite Taupe open toe booties from Nordstrom Rack. These shoes are so comfortable and very easy to walk in. They aren’t too high and have a cushion sole to keep your pretty little feet happy. They were a bit on the pricey side but comfortable shoes have no price limit!
For my next look I chose this denim dress that has pockets and a frayed hem. I thought this dress was super cute and very 70’s. I paired this dress with so knee high Steve Madden boots that I got at the outlets for $50 bucks. They are so comfortable are perfect for my short legs. I love the chunky heel trend so these were a must have! To add a little edginess to the outfit I accessorized with a simple black choker from my last look. This dress is very comfortable and easy to dance in and isn’t to fancy for simple night out.
For my last look I wanted something classy for a night out with the hubby, so for this look I had to dig into my moms closet and I pulled out some super cute black suede pointed toe heels from New York and Company. These shoes are very similar to the Steve Madden “Pampered” heel; but are half the cost and with a thinner heel. To keep the look simple I paired these heels with high waisted black jeans and a loose fitting grid button up. I love this top from Boohoo.com because it is comfortable and not confining like some blouses I’ve bought in the past.
Just to add a little shine, I added some dainty layered gold necklaces and paired this outfit with my favorite wine colored clutch from Shein.com to add a pop of color.
I hope you guys liked this post, and hopefully it gave you some night out inspiration. I always enjoy getting new clothes and figuring out how to style them in different ways that are to my comfortability. I’m a big fan of being comfortable when I’m out, and who says being comfortable can’t be cute!
